ZOMBIE KILLERS
Live at The Ship ,inn
Gillingham.

There was a time that the only zombie killers I knew about was that show about those dead walkie things. Thank god that's changed.  This is down to on a whim heading down to the ship to catch a few bands i have not seen before.

Now not knowing what to expect is half the fun , the other half is being grabbed by the earholes and made to pay attention from the first song. Hello Zombie Killers.

This is punk with a twist.  Punk served with a touch of finesse a smidgeon of grace and a fuck ton of attitude.  Fronted by Oceanna , who i might add at first sight gives the impression of someone very sweet and innocent , that's until she gets on stage and melts your face with a  seriously stylish blend of clean vocals intertwined with the perfect level of that deathly punk scream. She defiantly owns that stage , oozes energy that is fed on by the crowd . She is backed by Tom on guitar , Charlie on the bass and James on the drums, who all add backing vocals too. They form a unique sound that makes them stand out from the crowd , breaks moulds and leaves you wanting more .

Fun , fast , catchy songs gives the audience a constant bounce.  Laced with catchy lyrics there's a demand for air punching chanting. Its not often you get to bounce around chanting "Anal seepage"  f your lungs at the top or scream back at the band "I've never seen such bullshit" , with such gusto and encouragement.  Zombie Killers are mind grinding fun. Oh Yeah.... and there's a flute solo ,

They have a bunch of tracks on those streaming thingies, give them the support they deserve.

Live , they are amazing , They take the time to have a chat and show their appreciation to the fans who follow them , new and old.  So GET your asses down to one of their gigs . Get the chant on and have a killer time.

See you in the pit.
